Sound system bad and floor seats sucked

I paid extra for floor seats and who knew they would let everyone in to sit in and on the vacant seats and in the aisles and behind them too. They’re situated behind the pit so anyone thinking they can sit and see anything is mistaken because it isn’t stadium seating. It’s a bunch of lawn chairs glued to the ground and cross your fingers the people in front aren’t giants. I suggest you get a seat on the sides to see close up. The sound system for all the bands were bad. All I heard was bass and percussion. I couldn’t hear the vocals or guitar clearly. A shame because the bands are amazing. There was no sound check for any of the bands. The stadium itself was a mess. They allowed anyone onto the floor area so ticket holders were forced to sit next to and listen to these people the entire time. It got so bad that you couldn’t leave without fear someone would take your seat when you got back. They have a clear bag policy in the stadium and didn’t allow a purse smaller than the written dimensions. Entrances weren’t clearly marked and the required electric ticket jn my apple wallet didn’t work. Had to log into Ticketmaster for it to work and even then it took three tries to get it to accept my ticket.
